Are Americans In Cuba Under Attack From A Sonic Weapon?

At least 22 American Diplomats stationed in Cuba have been injured. The original cause of the injuries was reported as attacks of “an unknown nature.” The symptoms ranged from fatigue, dizziness, cognitive ability, headaches, sleep trouble and hearing loss.

A weird high pitch cricket sound was heard by all of the Americans affected. The sound is currently under investigation but Officials are still uncertain of what is causing the injuries.

In response to this, the US has evacuated 60% of their staff and ousted 15 Cuban diplomats.

Secretary Of State Rex Tillerson commented on the issue:

“Until the government of Cuba can ensure the safety of our diplomats in Cuba, our embassy will be reduced to emergency personnel to minimize the number of diplomats at risk of exposure to harm.”

Cuba has denied any and all knowledge of any sonic weapon and claims the US is being “Hasty” and “irresponsible” with its response.

Anonymous sources claim that the American Intelligence agents were the most severely affected by the unknown sound weapon.

As Reported By Fox News

The Cuban government has denied all knowledge or involvement in the attacks, calling the U.S. move “hasty” and “irresponsible.”

The State Department also issued a warning to American tourists, urging them to stay away from Cuba, saying that the U.S. cannot guarantee that individuals staying at Havana hotels would not also be harmed.

Some U.S. tourists have since complained of symptoms similar to those experienced by government workers.

The recording was shared with workers at the U.S. Embassy in order to teach them what to listen for.

Because of the limited information available, the U.S. government has only been able to advise workers that if they think they’re being attacked, they should move to another area because the attack is unlikely to be able to follow them.
