Man Takes Action And Avenges His Girlfriend.

A Louisiana man, Jace Crehan 23 is facing a stiff mandatory penalty of life in prison for avenging his girlfriend, the mother of his child. The incident occurred back in 2013 but his trial just recently wrapped up with sentencing coming up on January 18th of 2018. Crehan’s girlfriend, Brittany Monk 19, had been molested when she was just a child by her mother’s former boyfriend, Robert Noce Jr. who had helped to raise her for more than 10 years.

The relationship was disgusting. Sometimes the Guardian figure would pay her for sexual favors and raised her to think that that kind of scenario was OK. Noce would drug her with sleeping pills and then molest/rape her. Noce also tried to convince the little girl that her mother hated her. This behavior all started when she was 4 years old. It only stopped when she moved back in with her mother (the negligent lady who left her daughter with a pedophile) at 15.

Brittany got the police involved and Noce eventually confessed to the molestation/sexual assault and only received a slap on the wrist, 5 years of probation. 13-days later Crehan took action his plan supposedly was to rough up the Faux Guardian, in an effort to bring Brittany peace. The plan went well at first, Crehan put the faux guardian into a headlock and as he had him there, (it was later revealed that Brittany was also present) Brittany punched Noce in the face repeatedly. Crehan, unfortunately, held the hold too tight and Noce passed out. According to Crehan, as Noce came to, he lunged at Brittany. Crehan quickly grabbed a knife Brittany had retrieved from the kitchen and stabbed Noce to death. They then put him in a 55lbs barrel and left him there.

During the investigation, Police determined that Brittany was present at the time of the incident when they found her gloves in the same 55lbs barrel they found the body. Brittany is currently looking at a possible jail sentence of 40 years.

After all, was said and done and they had been brought in to face the music Crehan stated: “I’m not sorry for what I did.” They may have gone too far and killed a man, but the Legal system failed Brittany Monk. 5 years of probation for raping and molesting a child is pathetic. The mother is partially to blame as well for leaving her daughter behind with that monster. It is unacceptable that the courts thought so little of a human being. It is beyond me how treating a child as a sex slave for over 10 years merits such little punishment.

In post-arrest communications with The Advocate, Crehan likewise echoed those sentiments ( “I’m not sorry for what I did.”) and compared his actions to those of Gary Plauche, who avoided prison time after fatally shooting his young son’s accused molester at the Baton Rouge airport in 1984. Plauche pleaded no contest to manslaughter in the killing of Jeffery Doucet, received a suspended seven-year prison term and was put on probation for five years. Plauche died in 2014.

His son, Jody Plauche, now 45, has been attending Crehan’s trial and said in an interview Wednesday he is showing support for Crehan’s family. He said his father and Crehan both “killed a sex offender for a loved one.”

“My father thought Jeff would get off without a life sentence just as Robert Noce did,” Jody Plauche said. “There was no justice for Brittany Monk.”

Plauche stressed that he “doesn’t condone taking the law into your own hands.” But he said he believes the 2½ years Crehan has spent behind bars, combined with a not guilty verdict, would amount to a “just resolution in my opinion.”
